I have been weighing all of my food to get the correct portions, but I don't know how to portion ribs or chicken wings. Should I take the meat off the bone to get 3 ounces or leave it on bone and weight it?
madwolf74986e Leave bone in wing. I think their calculator has part of meat with the bone in. Part of my fun eating meat is on the bone and I couldn’t imagine stressing about taking it off.
