Help

HI there .. new to this, trying to understand the app.  On my daily page it says 15 grams carbs? Is that what I am suppose to stay under based on my weight? Or is it ok to be over 15 grams as long as in the end I am at 5%carbs 25%protein and 70% fat ?  Am I making any sense ? Thanks

    Yes, thats fine.  What counts is at the end of day.
