Do grams under macros decrease over time with weight loss?

Hello. I’ve been on keto for a week, and have seen great results.  No more carb craving and lost 7 pounds. Probably water weight, but I feel like I’m on a good track. Question- as you lose weight are less grams under carbs, fats and proteins allocated to our daily foods?  Or do we always eat the same amount regardless of our weight?  Thanks!

    Pretty much as you have them now. However, if your exercise or health changes majorly , things would more than likely alter.

     Protein is ideally based on lean body mass weight but let your appetite teach you. Watch as many YouTube lectures and chats as you can spare the time for. Read old posts on CM they are FULL of vital clues. 🌷
