Advice plz
Hello, I I am new to low carb Keto . A little about myself I am 44 years old female 5 foot 8 296 pounds I have lost 50 lbs so far but have stalled out lately and I'm trying to get back into weight loss. for breakfast I was eating a smoothie made from a banana blueberries spinach and unsweetened almond milk. for lunch I ate chicken and bell peppers with a little bit of shredded cheese on top. dinner was basically meat and a veggie. Too many carbs and too little fat am I correct?
Today I started with changing my smoothie to 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup blueberries spinach and unsweetened almond milk. More fat, less carbs. I am considering adding a bullet proof coffee. Any other advice, help you can offer? What's a good yet simple app I can use?
