If you don’t hit your daily fat # will that knock you out of ketosis?

    No you don't have to eat all your fat, especially if you aren't hungry and are trying to lose weight.  It's more important to keep your carb under the limit.

    It’s important to try to hit your goals when following Keto.  My macros are not always perfect, but I do make sure my percentages of fat, protein and carbs are  close even when the total grams aren’t. Good Luck
