connieinwisconsin well I messed up a bit today. Kinda like I just forgot I was eating better. So it's ok and I'll eat better the rest of today. But I just started and I know I'm going to have some slip ups.
That's what I'm doing too, and I find it getting easier. I started june9th so it's almost a month and I am pleased with the results. The first 12 days I lost 12 pounds! I was amazed that I didn't get hungry! This is awesome!
cherylgreene32 that's awesome! I'm only a few days in so I haven't protected it just yet. But I was feeling craptastic (eat like crap feel like crap) and I'm feeling better already. Within the next week or so I will start working out. Hopefully my back can handle it (sciatica)
low carb is easy for me because I've done it before. I always did high protein and I think that's where I went wrong. So I'm hoping keto will be what helps
