  • I'm new too.  Lots of learning to do.  For me I have decided to keep it very very simple to start and as I get used to it I can start making different foods

  • It's has been hard but very thankful for carb manager. 

    4 weeks -16.5 lbs yay

  • connieinwisconsin well I messed up a bit today.  Kinda like I just forgot I was eating better.  So it's ok and I'll eat better the rest of today.  But I just started and I know I'm going to have some slip ups.

  • That's what I'm doing too, and I find it getting easier. I started june9th so it's almost a month and I am pleased with the results. The first 12 days I lost 12 pounds! I was amazed that I didn't get hungry! This is awesome!

  • cherylgreene32  that's awesome!  I'm  only a few days in so I haven't protected it just yet.  But I was feeling craptastic (eat like crap feel like crap) and I'm feeling better already.  Within the next week or so I will start working out.  Hopefully my back can handle it (sciatica)

    how are you doing today?  

    Try not to eat anything white orange or yellow.  That helps me.  If I think that it makes me think a bit.

    low carb is easy for me because I've done it before.  I always did high protein and I think that's where I went wrong.  So I'm hoping keto will be what helps
