I absolutely love yogurt (low-fat Greek yogurt plain), so here are a few things. (First, don’t forget the fruit but low sugar fruit. Second, herbs are not a bad thing to use…some of them actually taste pretty good in it). (Third, you don’t have to just dress up yogurt, if you use almond or coconut flour use the yogurt as a base) Again, I absolutely love yogurt so if you need any recipes you can pm me)
