Nutrition Label Help

I am trying to figure out what the < means on the nutrition label?

I have a spring mix with 3 grams of carbs and <1g fiber and <1 g sugar.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • if it was less than shouldn't the symbol be reversed? >1g (mathematically speaking)

    >1g means it’s greater than one gram; <1g means it’s less than one gram.
