14 days and counting

Hi everyone! Good to be here. Food changes are always challenging. The first 4 days of keto I lost 5 lbs. Then nothing for the next 8 days. That can be so discouraging. I bought a Fitbit and now am a walking fool. My world has turned into losing weight. My personality is all or nothing. I broke my plateau and have lost another 3 lbs. Day 13 gave me amazing energy, then I was unable to sleep. Anyone else have this issue? Hope everyone has a great day. Have to hit my steps for the hour.... later.

  • Yep, very similar ! I lost 8 lbs my first week that included 3 days of fasting . I like IMF combined with KETO. CHECK YOUR SUPPLEMENTS Magnesium a product called CALM is very helpful. Do you check your glucose and ketones? This app keeps track of your GKI and I find that really helpful. Non scale victories  def track that! I use my daily planner every day and note those! I love to use stars and hearts stickers when something good appears! Water at will! tgbtg!!
