Carb Manager reducing carbs as I lose weight.

Hello All

As I lose weight and log it in carb manager, it's reducing my carb limit. Dropped another kg and it's reduced to 19 grams. Now dropped another kg and it's dropped to 18grams.

Why is this happening? I thought it was a 20g limit?

  • If you are a premium member, then you might have Smart Macros turned on.   On your phone - go to settings, then Macros and scroll down to see if it is on or off.  As I've been losing weight, my limits have changed.  I keep mine on.  Good luck to you!!

    Yes my is on. I want want to know where Carb Manager get's it's info from to reduce carb intake. What model and professional advice is Smart Marcos based on?
