Hi there everyone,

My name is Tracy and i’m new to keto. I’ve recently followed WW and SW, so this is a whole new way of eating for me.

I have carb manager on my phone and have picked up a couple of cookbooks, any tips are gratefully received xXx

    Welcome Tracy 🍍.  Track everything in the app.  Dehydration is common at first, so make sure to drink lots of water, increase sodium and replace electrolytes.  Also, try to get plenty of rest while your body transitions to burning fat.  Good Luck

    Hi Tracey I have also just started doing Keto this week on day 5 having found slimming world wasn't working for me - took me 3 days to get to the right % of fat as was consistenly under and over on proteins and found it  very difficult not to have the vegetables I was use to having . Hopeful this will work for us both - good luck and lets see how we get on

    debra06201374ad  thanks I have discovered that I can select a customised 7 day meal.plan based on my macros and  also omitting the foods I dislike as I am.a premium member which is really excellent feature
