New to KETO

I have lost only 2 lbs in 4 weeks but I feel much better.   How often should a person have KETO Desserts?

    Personally, never. That said with only 15lbs left to lose I have started allowing myself a little 90% dark chocolate. The more you research artificial sweeteners the more you鈥檒l avoid them for speedy weightloss.  See on the low-carb chat, headed favourite self education... 馃尭

    I agree. But I do have them. I'm sure that's stalling me 馃ぃ馃槱but I waited until fat adaption. Now I'm thinking to just get the dark chocolate and have some once in awhile.

    badmojomn if you go dark choc only do it after a break from any other sweeteners or it might taste bitter. It鈥檚 good for the constipation...... say no more! I.e. don鈥檛 eat half a bar (7g carbs) in one night.
