Hi, I need to get my butt in gear and eat healthy, but I’m struggling. I’m 52 and just got braces so my mouth is sore and noodles & rice are super soft....

    I would do still Keto and process my food in a blender and or cook soups (bacon cheese burger soups and stuff) nudles and rice will end up as a insulin spike and in your butt. ~just saying.
