How do I track fresh mixed vegetables in the app?
Hi there! I am new to this low carb/keto thing and am on my 4th day and I have lost 2.2lbs so far. I was not sure I was serious at first, but instant results have me motivated so I downloaded the CarbManager app. My question is how to log servings in the app of a big bowl of fresh chopped mixed veggies in carb free vinaigrette (onions, cucumber, olives, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell peppers) every time I have a portion. There is no way I can log in how many pieces of each veggie that I eat.
