How reliable are the ketone strips???

For me, its been showing that i’m in a moderate level (4.0) of ketosis since day 4...and for past 3 weeks been the same. But bc i want to increase my carbs a tiny fraction, i will be slowly increasing & wondered can i really rely on the strips to accurately show if i amno longer in ketosis? Just bc i had read online that they can be unreliable at times but so far they SEEM to be working & showing the results i had expected. So if anyone has had experience using the strips would love to hear ur opinion on how well & reliable you found them? Thanks gang👍🏼

  • The pee strips are only good for around the first month they measure one kind of keto the breath measure is better after but moderate ketosis is what you want if strip is too dark you need more fluids light pink is fine too so gradually raise your carbs as long as you are light pink you’re good
