If you are staying with your macros and are eating enough not to put yourself in starvation mode, you should be able to lose fat. (The app warned me against eating less than 1,000 calories a day--I assume based on my height and activity level. )
The first 5 to 10 pounds is usually water weight, after that you should start to have some fat burning. Have you taken your measurements? Muscle is more dense than fat so you might be slimming down because you are making lean muscle, replacing voluminous fat, but the scale stays the same.
