Feel free to add me. Just about everything i cook is a recipe of my own creation. I find a lot of these keto or low-carb recipes just are lacking. The mock dishes disappointed me so. I just do what i do and add my recipes. I just switched to this app from my fitness pal. I stay under 20 total carbs a day. Yup total carbs. Usally around 12 net carbs. Between 1000-1200 calories and moderate protein and usally don't hit the fat goal because i have plenty on my body to burn! Even less if i fast. I eat good i was worried I'd have to make my 5 year old different food(even though he has never been picky). He still gets his starchy food. I made tuna salad. I added pasta to his turned it to mac-salad for him today. Quite easy transition! Keep us both happy. Anywho.... I like happy taste buds. Happy tummy. And being healthy. I have chronic pain from fibromyalgia this woe helps me morw than any medicine ever has! I take half as many pain pills now than i did before i started as well!
