Weight lifting tips?
I am about to start lifting again and was wondering if there are any lifters here who could give me some advice on how to approach it. Not entirely sure if I should just go back to what I was doing pre-keto.
I like working out early in the morning before work, which means I do a fasted workout. I used to take BCAAs before my workout but not sure if they're keto friendly so I'll skip them for the time being. I also did HIIT cardio which I read isn't the best idea when doing keto.
Is fasted weight lifting while on keto safe? Can I actually grow muscle that way?

I am using collagen peptides, MCT oil and coffee and it seems to give me plenty of energy pre- workout. Before keto I would just drink vinegar water. I was gassing badly, so I had to get some nutrients first. It can be tough to watch your lifts decrease a bit, BUT eventually they come back. You have to eat... try fat! 😜
