saquandajohnson I think the forum is a great place to glean experiences, have good sources of information pointed out to you and a bit of mutual support & understanding. But has for help.... not so sure, as I actually think it has to come from inside you. Have you looked at why it collapsed after just a week last time? The first 2 weeks are the hardest , kicking the addictions and switching your body from burning sugar to burning fat. You need to surround yourself with the right food & fats to have on hand as you become fat adapted your hunger goes so you can take more time to prepare lovely meals for yourself.... at first you just want it NOW.

saquandajohnson sometimes having over 30g of carbs can stir the addiction but you know yourself best, I am speaking for myself who has to keep them under 20g for hunger & cravings to be gone. I started out tucking into plenty of mushrooms fried in butter & a couple of tomatoes ~ to go with my eggs & bacon breakfast that is. Eating well with plentry of fats, salt & water in addition make leaving carbs alone so much easier . My motivation other than the obvious weightloss 馃檶 is to be & feel well, so I do believe we can cheer each other on here yes. 馃榾
