Weight loss!

Hello everyone my start was 223 and I've been on the low carb plan 50-100 carbs a day. In two weeks I'm down 6 lbs. I tried the lower carb less than 20,but I did not lose any weight I have done a lot of research and my body likes the 50-100 carb plan .Good luck to eveyone.
