More than pounds
2 weeks in and progress in pounds very moderate, only 6 lb, however when I measured my body I realized that I lost one and a half inch of my belly and one and a half inch of my chest. I have a local grocery store which has a wellness station and when I measured my body fat - it showed that I lost 1% of body fat in one week. I'll take it!
In diet department: I don't cheat, my macros a little off in protein to fat, still adjusting. Carb cravings are gone and feeling more like a human.
