Ugh

I’m feeling disappointed this morning. This is the end of week 3 for me and I have only lost 4 lbs. this morning I weighed and had hgained a pound. I am doing strict keto with only 16 carbs a day, intermittent fasting (8pm-11am), and it feels like I’m barely eating anything.  The urine keto strips say I have high levels of ketones. What can I do?
