Week 3 foods

I am embracing  this lifestyle  more every day.   

Tweaking the carbs to get  my vegetables because they are so plentiful right now.  

My weight loss stalled because the power was out for 2 days and I ate 1/2 of my daily calories.  

Today balanced out my macros and hoping to head down to the 160s soon. :)

    I am loving this lifestyle more and more - today is only day 9!!!  My biggest problem is making sure I get everything in that I need to.  Congratulations on your success.

  • @Thill   Thanks, I had hit a stall and gave up dairy and splenda then the scales moved.  Day 35.  CW 176
