Week 3 foods
I am embracing this lifestyle more every day.
Tweaking the carbs to get my vegetables because they are so plentiful right now.
My weight loss stalled because the power was out for 2 days and I ate 1/2 of my daily calories.
Today balanced out my macros and hoping to head down to the 160s soon. :)
