I've been doing Keto since 9/18. I've hit a major stall
I think I have a lot of carb creep and I have been slipping. I am working on getting back on track, going hard with tracking and including more exercise. It's been quite the struggle. But I am happy to say that I've kept the 20lbs that I've lost off. I want to lose 25 more pounds. I am hoping this group helps.
