Grade A foods when combined equals Grade B

Hi, can anyone tell me why... if I create a recipe with all ‘CarbMgr Grade A’ ingredients... why is the recipe labeled ‘CarbMgr Grade B’ when combined/cooked?   (I am using the CarbMgr tag specifically so you know I am using the apps calculations.)

Thank you!

The food grading is not a very reliable or meaningful tool.  Personally I ignore it.  For recipes that are intended to be a full meal, I look for the macros to be similar to my daily macro goal of 25% protein, 70% fat and less than 5% carbs.  If it's an individual item I look at it as a component of my overall daily macros.
