Try to get your pie chart to be around: 70% fat / 20% protein / 5% carbs ....you can pre-fill out your day and see where you land. The grams will be based on your weight / calories.

So protein is suppose to be "moderate" numbers --- not "high protein"....if doing keto, otherwise you're doing Atkins. Chicken has the highest numbers for protein, and its cheap.

As Debra said, the goals for all the carbmanager app are for the day...but for per meal...I try to use food that is 5grams or less of carbs...that gives my totals "wiggle room"
