Hi I’m Spankyswife

I’m 15 days in and my protein consumption is low every day and but my fats easily go over.  I read an earlier post of someone having a similar  problem. Should I just eat a ton of meat to bring protein levels up daily or leave  my numbers “as is “ daily? Thanks

  • Welcome, Over time you will get better at balancing your macros. Fish and shrimp are good for bring protein up.

    Protein always seems to be the hardest Macro for me.  I make an effort to increase everyday.  Planning and entering food in app before eating ,so I can make adjustments, are how I balance my Macros.  I get my protein from meat, bone broth, seafood, eggs, full fat dairy, nuts, seeds and low carb vegetables. Others add in protein supplements, but I have not tried.  I recommend not going over your fat goal and trying to meet your protein.
