periods and keto

I've been feeling hungrier since my period is starting soon. I found it hard to keep up with my Keto diet. I ate 50-60 grams of carbs :/ I didn't eat bread or pasta or rice. I just ate pistachios, dark chocolate, and cheese, and the carbs added up. I'm on day four of keto, will that kick me out of ketosis ?

    Just move on, and continue because as you become fat adapted you won't crave the carbs during your next period. Don't beat yourself up - just stay focused.
