I don't see a difference between Adkins and Keto, I done Adkins before and it's the same thing. Only that Adkins is 20 or less Net carbs for two weeks and then you inch up a little on carbs for the ongoing wheight loss. I have been over on fat and protein on this app... still loosing because I keep my net carbs at 20 or below. Sometimes I am under too. The net carbs is the key for staying in Ketosis. Btw... you eventually aren't hungry much, then you automatically eat less off all. So you're probably eating only 1000- 1600 calories then. You will loose, stick to your low net carbs and keep it simple 😜
