Been doing keto since February of this year. No cravings and no hunger. Need to track fat,carbs and protein. Had given up sugar and white flour in  January was a painful withdrawal.  I was relieved when I found Dr.Berg on YouTube and learned about keto. It has changed my life.

    aford03112db5  You track it in the app under "My Daily Log".   First go to settings and visit each tab and complete the info (My Profile, Macros, etc.) and the Daily log will show you how what you eat adds up as you enter each food.
