I usually do leftovers, but also sliced deli meat and cheese sticks (sargento prepackaged) when in a hurry. I also try to keep atkins shakes at work if I am in a spot where I have no food. You can make roll ups with deli meat rolled in cheese slices. Have raw veggies, pickles etc on the side. I try to keep lunch really light and change my mindset from it being a "meal". You can get some small containers and pack several keto friendly snacks and together they can be a lunch. Kind of the Bento type lunch. I use silicone muffin cups to separate things. here is one of mine.

Here are a few I’ve been using ( working at home 🏡 these days so pretty easy to grab these but could easily pack and run). I like the bento box idea, carolmotsinger good to have some variation !
- organic eggs w grass fed butter and organic cheese on top. Boiled or poached or scrambled. Add some hot sauce. Maybe add some MCT. Or Bulletproof. Herbs and spices
- chop up celery into 1/2-1” chunks. Add MCT or Bulletproof oil. Add hot sauce and various herbs and spices. Haven’t but cd add some chunks of cheese. Or sprinkle Parmesan.
- radishes, lettuce, Salad grns, cruciferous otger 0-1 net carbs veggies prepared the same.

Lately I have been eating sandwiches....I’ll grab some smoked Gouda or cheddar and put a little bit of lunch meat in between two cheese slices.
I also enjoy taco salads. You can cook up some taco meat for the week and add lettuce, cheese, avocado, tomato, etc as toppings.
I also do Italian taco salads - cook ground beef with Italian seasoning, garlic and tomato paste...and then I’ll add parmasean cheese, chopped onion and cherry tomato. Delicious!

braziliancook11 If your not following ketogenic, I personally wouldn't worry about mct. If you are, research is needed to ingest this - why- when- and what the benefits are. I wouldn't take one persons advise unless you know they have done their full research on this and clinical backings. In a nutshell - it can be utilized on ketogenic to help get through the flu part- or when your needing extra boost of energy. There is much controversy over the usage so that's why I recommend doing your own research. I myself haven't had any interest in it following ketogenic because I want to burn pure body fat - internal and external. Mct according to my research could hinder the "furnace" so to speak and I think I can attest. I am burning up at time. We call them " flushes" but for women can be thought to be hotdlashes. A lot of people use mct as a suploment when doing heavy workouts also. Hope that helps. Research is key to both followings (ketogenic and just plain low carb lifestyle)
