Calories

Hi. I’m new to keto so I am still learning. I’m finding it really hard to eat as many calories as this app says I should every day. Additionally, I swim almost every day and burn 1.5k additional calories. Is this something I should be worried about? I don’t want to be unhealthy, but I don’t want to eat when I’m not hungry. Any help would be amazing.

    Try filling up on your fats and proteins first, and carbs last...also  smoothies are a great way to add calories and you can manipulate the macro levels in them to fit your diet...I wouldnt be overly concerned about it unless your body weight and fat levels become overly low.

  • The rule is eat when hungry. Try to make sure you get your protein. Fat is a lever for hunger
