Can I take exogenous ketones as a daily supplement to stay in keto at higher carbs?
In other words: to make it easier to stick to the diet, do as some do, eat up to 50 carbs, but take the exo ketones once a day or so to keep in ketosis? I find it super difficult to stick to 20 carbs, though I can do it. My idea is to ease up on carbs but use the exo ketones to essentially make up the difference between 20 and 50 carbs. What do you-all think?
