Progress!

I started 1 Dec 2017. Today I am down 18 pounds so happy. I am struggling with eating enough to hit my macros. Never in my life thought I would be saying that! Have struggled with carb cravings but not hunger.  Motivated to keep trying, though.

     Your doing well. I personally think a bit of keto followers don’t worry about hitting thier macros as much as the net carb counts. If your not hungry, I guess don’t worry and don’t eat. Your body will signal you to eat in the fat adapted process. Main thing is to Keep hydrated with essential minerals and salts. Too much water / fluids also can wipe out the potassium and sodium in your body, and this can cause a crisis.
