How to get fats without overloading proteins?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get in fat without protein? All the fats I love to eat are in proteins...bacon, steak, salami....and I am going way over my protein numbers. Any snack or meal ideas to help with this?

    Try incorporating healthy sources of just fat in your diet. Coconut oil (MCT oil would be best), grass fed butter (Kerrygold is a great brand), and avocados are three great sources.

    I never have a problem getting my fats in. My daily breakfast is a bulletproof coffee which has 36g of fat.

  • Yes you can eat too much fat.. You will go over your calories too. 

    Now for fats with minimum protein in addition to the first response,  look at fat bomb recipes.  They are built to do just that. 

    You can also drink keto bomb from BPI,   eat Performix cookies from gnc, etc.  Always check all your labels.   Best advice is to plan in advance.  Last minute rushing when you are hungry leads to problems.
