How long did it take you to reach ketosis ?

I'd be really curious, especially people who used some kind of test, like urine strips.

I took a shortcut and fasted my way into ketosis. Unfortunately I wasn't testing so I can't share.

Anyone ?

    Usually I’m in within 1-2 days . I use the urine strips . It’s my first time doing strict keto! The CM app is super helpful . Must better than FP
