Hardly losing?
I know it’s stilll soon but I’m getting stressed it’s like a little over a week now and my scale is still at 139... idgi my keto stick has been in large for 3 days straight and I don’t think there’s much difference in my measurements. I weighed 142 to begin with and I’m 5’7. I feel a little skinnier and lighter but the scale doesn’t say so? I stay within 15g net carbs.. meals consists of heavy cream, butters, meats, and veggies. Am I doing something wrong?

I am on 4 months and I look a lot thinner and my clothes fit way different but I have lost very little weight when I get on the scales (10 lbs). So I don't get on the scales. I go by the fact I wore a skirt yesterday that has not been comfortable for years or I walked past the mirror and didn't grimace at how wide I looked. Don't focus on the weight number if you can. We are all different!

Weight loss is not a linear project. When you diet, you body decides where to burn that fat from. If you don’t have a lot of weight to lose, it will be more difficult. Try dropping your carbs a little bit and keep a close eye on your fats. I switched to fattier meats and fish, rather than adding fats to reach my macros. When that stops I will drop my fat macros farther.
