HELP!!!

 I started on Monday and met my goal for my carbs. However my carbs are now set to 146 net carbs something is not right I also have 86 g of fat.  I went into my settings went to macros and choose the keto genetic plan I put the slider on 24 net carbs 24% protein and it automatically set at 68% fat. I am very confused on the amount of carbs I’m seeing on my daily log .   PLEASE HELP!!!

    I’m having the same confusion! Initially my carbs were at 8g, so I moved it to 14g and everything else changed, of course, but now my protein and fats are very different too and I don’t know how to reset or what to follow

    So it looks like you can adjust all that stuff by going to settings, then over to macros. There, I'd make sure that it shows that you're following the ketogenic ratios... hopefully that helps?

    Hi everyone - can someone please advme- I'm doing the keto 1 meal plan for my first week. My question relates to salt- suppose to have approx 6 tsp of salt a day???? However there's a lot of salt in my recipes tailored to my macros- DO I NEED to take 6 tsp extra on top of recipes inclusion???
