Another question lol
I'm full of questions lately馃槉.. so I had lunch today at Outback Steak house, ordered a side salad blue cheese dressing and No croutons... How do you figure up the carbs for that?... When I added it to my meal today from the "search" I couldn't find any of the side salads from outback without croutons... Does anyone know how many carbs I can subtract from that??

I wouldn't worry to much. Lettuce is so low. If it had tomatoes onions etc you might want to count a carb or 2. Blue cheese dressing should be counted as blue cheese has carbs. Don't worry about missing 1 carb here or there, these numbers are a guide. There is no magic line that says 20 carbs good- 21 bad. Just try to keep them low while having a life.
