I've stalled.
So I've been on Keto since January 3rd. I lost 23.7 pounds so far, but haven't lost anything in 2 weeks. I've kept off the 23.7 pounds, so I'm happy about that. I'm watching my macros carefully and beyond going above on protein 2-3 days a week, I seem to be fine.
Why am I not losing more weight? Do I need to further reduce my carbs?

I’ve lost 120 pounds on keto so I’ve hit a few stalls along the way.
Sometimes I hit a stall because my body wants to establish a new baseline. I’m not doing anything different but my body just is putting on the brakes for a while.
When I increase the intensity of my workouts I can hit a weight loss stall because intense workouts switch my body to burning glucose from my muscles liver or protein that I eat. Low intensity workouts actually help me lose weight easier because they are fat burning. When I increase the intensity of my work out I then add in a slow stationary bike ride in the afternoon to switch back to that fat burning mode.
Sometimes I stall because I need to reduce calories. It is popular in Keto to say don’t count calories but counting calories is critical for me.
Because you are not gaining I don’t think carbs are the issue but you could try cutting the carbs. You’re gonna lose a little bit more water weight when you do it even if it doesn’t increase your fat burning.
