Having a problem getting all my carbs in for the day

Been keto for 6 days.  Started off with a generic meal plan I stuck to 100%...then started using this Carb Manager app so I can use different recipes, still sticking to it 100%.  But, I can't get all my daily carbs in without going drastically over on my fats and proteins.  

Any suggestions? 

Also, with Carb Manager...it'll track net carbs or total carbs but will only give a total carb count to go by.  If I'm at 25g of carbs per day, what is the net carbs for the day?

    Your net carbs depends purely on what you ate to get them. Your net carbs are total carbs minus any grams of fibre or sugar alcohols. You can go to your settings and have it track net carbs instead

    Carb totals are a limit, not a goal - if you're under your carb limit that is really great!

    I am watching my total carbs and trying hard to eat as few as possible. Never to pass 20 at the very most. That is total not net.

    Hi if you sign up to premium it gives you menu ideas for the day within your macros and you can download a weeks menu plans and the substitute any meals or dishes you dont like.

    Carbs total is not mandatory but if you stay within the carb limit it is really great.
