Having a problem getting all my carbs in for the day
Been keto for 6 days. Started off with a generic meal plan I stuck to 100%...then started using this Carb Manager app so I can use different recipes, still sticking to it 100%. But, I can't get all my daily carbs in without going drastically over on my fats and proteins.
Any suggestions?
Also, with Carb Manager...it'll track net carbs or total carbs but will only give a total carb count to go by. If I'm at 25g of carbs per day, what is the net carbs for the day?
