Hi Sonia,  I have wondered the same thing, so have just purchased a  30 day supply of Green Detox from Thomas Delauer.  After the 30 days are up,  I'll let you know whether they have been beneficial,  Regards Ketolife

  • i dont think any supplements are necessary if you eating whole foods. however, i do really enjoy vital proteins collagen powder for my fatty coffees and clean protein on the go.

No it’s the absence of carbohydrates that keeps you in ketosis. You don’t need to lose money to lose weight.

you should make sure you keep your electrolytes up especially in the beginning. Sodium (lots of extra salt), potassium & magnesium (I take supplements of the latter 2 still).

If money is no object then buy away of course, but don’t let anyone tell you that you must buy....... 🌷

  • no supplements are needed to reach nutritional ketosis. If someone is selling you keto powders and such they are not really needed. just eat your macros and you will get in to ketosis in a few days.

  • NTC oil is a great one. It is also a fat burner / metabolism booster. There’s no taste or smell to it. So you can easily mix a tablespoon Into your eggs or coffee.

I was looking into B5 and B12 tablets. And I stumbled upon an oil that gives you most of your “B” vitamins. It’s orange scented and you squeeze the dropper on your tongue . It’s amazing for energy or that dreaded “keto flu”.

Calcium/magnesium is a must have. This will help you sleep well naturally.
