Maintaining Keto after weigh loss
Hello! I've almost reached my weigh loss goal and I want to start transitioning into a Low Carb diet that allows me to eat more fruits and veggies that are not Keto like carrots and apples, etc... When changing my Macros to the "Low Carb Hight Fat" settings they go from 17 carbs per day to 40!! I feel like that is too much, I really don't want to gain back the weight, can someone advise? thanks :)
