Just started

I've had 5kg that's crept on over the last year or so and my normal 5/2 won't shift it. Did a low carb diet 40+ years ago, long before keto became a fad and it worked really well. My only problem is that nowadays I cannot tolerate dairy products so I am finding it quite difficult to get the fat content of my diet up to the correct level without the usual cheese/butter/cream bombs. Any ideas or recommendations would be very welcome. By the way, this app is marvellous, makes everything so easy.  Does anyone else find it quite difficult to eat all the food required?

I have just started too, and am also dairy free. Avocado, coconut, olive oil are a few ways to increase fat without dairy. Good luck !

Yes, search for coconut fat bombs!  I've been reading the advantages of coconut oil and found some good recipes on the web.  Dairy tends to have carbs so I've cut back for that reason.
