My name is Dani. I have tried keto once before. I did not make it past the flu. Though I liked the food, I felt awful! I know that I made tons of mistakes last time though. This time, I have done more research and planning. I have about 18 lbs to lose. I am extremely active, but so is my appetite. I tend to overeat healthy foods. I have done the low calorie, low fat, high protein diet and lost some weight, but I was hangry! All. The. Time. Being able to lose weight without being completely miserable is what draws me to keto. Hoping to find success this time.
