Week 1 - doing great so far!
I started the keto diet 1 week ago and am down 9 lbs. Now I realise that's mostly water weight but proves I can stick to it easily. Never had a craving, keto flu or anything until today. Could it be I know I dropped 9 lbs so I think I should have a cookie? Well I'm going to fight through it and see how week 2 goes.
