Fresh vs Frozen fruit
I am new to the Keto/LCHF diet and it has been going surprisingly well. After many yo yo diets I may have found a lifestyle. Anyway this may be a dumb question, but when I looked at the food list it shows fresh strawberries at 8 carbs vs 16 carbs for frozen unsweetened. Why is there such a difference? Aren’t they the same fruit and same size? Am I missing something?
