Going without breakfast is part of a intermittent fasting or time restricted eating plan. However I'm sure there are plenty of people (who aren't even on keto) going without breakfast because they are simply not hungry at that time of the morning. They are probably unaware that they are fasting their bodies overnight.
I have included a link where you can read about the health benefits of fasting or going without breakfast. The information is included under the heading; Less feeding, more fasting, and fasting myths.
